In March of 2020, Aoki went under new ownership and started renovations with the help of friends. With new flooring, fresh painted walls and ceiling, new shelving and countertop, Aoki reopened its doors at the end of the month. We have come to know many in the neighborhood and those who have known Aoki since sushi chef Hitoshi Nishitani has been behind the counter. We are dedicated to continue serving great food and providing excellent service to Capitol Hill and the greater Seattle area with an ever-evolving menu. You can look forward to a list of traditional nigiri and sashimi to handcrafted sushi rolls, as well as dishes from the kitchen and desserts. We also offer a range of sake, beer, and wine.
